Lord Ganesha is one of the most revered gods in Hinduism and he is considered the Lord of wisdom. The beautiful figure of the Lord has been nicely carved out of red stone by the sculptor with some sparkling designs on it. The figure is nicely decorated and he is holding the Shiva Linga. Lord Ganesha is a great devotee of Shiva and the sculptor has fittingly depicted the great sense of devotion in the pink soft stone from Orissa. The entire figure contains some intricate carvings and the Lord’s tender touch on the Shiva Linga is a reflective of his devotion towards the Master, Lord Shiva.
