The pouring down of rains, the clouds, the cheerfulness of the people enjoying rains all have been treated in a most artistic way by the painter. The vibrant colours yield the painting a most effective treatment. The trees, the wild grass, the master painter has treated the clouds quite effectively. The animals have also been treated in an artistic manner. The picture takes one back into some remote forest area of Braj where the Lord Krishna used to play with the Gopis.
