The beautiful Pata painting depicts Pawanputra Hanuman flying back to Lanka with the Sanjeevani trees. When Laxman was seriuosly injured at the battle with Ravan sena, the medical practioner treating him said, Laxman’s life could be saved only by the Sanjeevani found at the Himalayas. So the great devotee of Ram flew to the Himalayas and unable to identify the Sanjeevani plants, he carried the entire hillock. The painting depicts the Lord with some sparkling colour patterns and floral designs.
