The beautiful image of Lord Buddha, the apostle of truth and non-violence and also an incarnation of Lord Vishnu in Hindusim, has been given a refine and detailed treatment by the sculptor. The Lord is shown in meditative posture and he is blessing his disciples with his one hand. Seated on a lotus, the figure is shown holding his bowl on his left hand. The figure also contains some beautiful carvings on it.
