The pink stone from Orissa has been converted into a beautiful image of the ‘Remover of all Obstackles’  i.e. Ganesha. The image has been beautifully carved out from stone with some beautiful carvings on it. Ganesha is one of the most revered gods in Hinduism and he is worshipped at the beginning of any ritual that is considered auspicious.
