The beautiful brass figure of the Lord Shiva is given a splendid treatment with some spectacular designs on it. As Nataraj, Lord Shiva is known to be the master of dance and his Nataraj form represents the rhythmic motion of life, its continuity. He is shown dancing over the dwarf that represents ignorance.
