The Apostle of Truth and Non-violence, "Lord Buddha" is treated with some brilliant strokes in Kalamkari pattern. A deep sense of gravity and accomplishment is manifest on His face as the Lord, who gave up the lap of luxury in search of the Absolute Truth, is painted on a meditative posture. He is wearing a single piece of cloth. The panels around the figure are also nicely decorated with some floral and animal motifs.
