Description

The brass sculpture of Lord Shiva deeply immersed in meditation has minimal etchings. While the composure of the idol is mesmerizing, it evidently portrays him as Bhole Nath, which means that he is a guileless, simple and kind-hearted benefactor of his devotees. There are many stories that establish how Lord Shiva granted boons to even the crooked of his devotees and has been easier to please than rest of the gods. For example, once Lord Shiva granted boon to a demon Bhasmaasura that whatever he would touch would be reduced to ashes. The demon in turn tried to touch the lord himself. Thereupon, Lord Vishnu had to assume the form of a damsel Mohini and stage a drama to make Bhasmaasura place his hand on his own head.

Order flows from consistent laws. Our understanding of our universe is changing, but Reality behind it is unchanged. Einstein’s relativity amended Newtonian determinism, and was in turn amended by quantum mechanics. We had better be looking out for ourselves.” The serious point made is that the Absolute includes and exceeds the time-space-causation frame of relativity, and these parameters cannot cross the border.
The limitations must be clearly understood.
“Time” of physics is enough to study kinetic processes but not to locate the creative potential. That requires “time” of our conscious awareness. But bio-science mistakes consciousness to be a product of brain-cells. In truth, consciousness is the energy, and brain is the equipment through which it manifests.
Thus TIME is the Achilles’ heel of physics, and MIND is the Achilles’ heel of biology. The name of Reality is Total Consciousness. It is eternal, Death was never born, and life never died.
