DESCRIPTION:
In this teaching fable, Richard Bach explores both flight and metaphysics. In the opening moments of the story, we meet Jamie Forbes, a pilot who guides a woman into landing a plane safely after her husband loses consciousness. She later claims it was like being hypnotized. Richard Bach, in this his twentieth book, has written a compelling fable about reality and suggestion. Bach explores deep spiritual and philosophical issues in this slim volume. Our true nature, it seems, is not bound by space and time. We live in a world full of appearances. If we stop accepting them as reality, the book suggests, these appearances will cease to be our reality. We enter this world to explore, to have fun, to learn and to have shared experiences with the people we care about, but most of all to learn how to love and love again.
The blue aventurine figure of laughing Buddha has been nicely carved out with greater sense of sculptural excellence. Its translucency and the presence of platy mineral inclusions have given the figure a shimmering or glistening effect called aventurescence. Laughing Buddha decorates thousands of shops, offices, houses and it is believed that he is a symbol of prosperity and growth.

Description
Talks on the Isha Upanishad
Osho goes into the depths of these eternal questions while speaking on the sutras of the Isha Upanishad – the most ancient words of wisdom available to mankind.
For over 35 years, Osho spoke to international audiences of seekers, addressing their essential questions and concerns. The international press calls him “A 21st Century Prophet” and “an oracle of modern times.” His books and audio lectures are international bestsellers.
Osho himself says that he is neither a prophet nor a philosopher; he is simply sharing his own experience. The Sunday Times of London described him as “one of the 1000 makers of the 20th century” and American author Tom Robbins has called him “the most dangerous man since Jesus Christ” – both comments reflecting the profound influence of his revolutionary approach to the science of inner transformation.
Spoken with authority, clarity, sharpness and humor, his insights address both the timeless and timely concerns that tend to escape our notice in the clamor and overload of daily life.
Osho is an Indian mystic, guru and philosopher. He has spoken on major spiritual traditions including Jainism, Hinduism, Hassidism, Tantrism, Christianity, Buddhism, on a variety of Eastern and Western mystics and on sacred scriptures such as the Upanishads.

Description
Story of a middle-class Bengali boy whose impatience became the reason for his success.
Bikram Dasgupta has seen it all—from a boy who joined IIT Kharagpur for ‘serious fun’ to selling oxygen cylinders in his first job; from being dubbed as an ‘ideas man’ by IT doyen Shiv Nadar to co-founding India’s number one PC company of its time, and then going solo with his own entrepreneurial venture.
I Did it My Way is not a rags-to-riches story, but a fascinating insight into the life and times of someone who didn’t shy away from thinking big and, for whom, progress meant creating his own road and establishing new milestones. Bikram reveals his beliefs, ideas, influences, failures, and successes in a rollercoaster journey of over 30 years, exemplified by a single-minded, near obsessive determination to move ahead in life, despite debacles.
The book is ultimately about reiterating the belief that every person has the power to create their own destiny.
AUTHOR OF THE BOOK
Bikram Dasgupta is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and IIT Kharagpur. A pioneer and visionary, he helped set up India’s first IT park in 1996, co-founded the biggest PC company of its times and is now at the helm of his company, Globsyn Group. He lives in Kolkata with his wife, Ranjana. His twin sons, Rahul and Romit, work for Globsyn. His interests in dramatics, music, table tennis and cricket have not dimmed his love for globetrotting.

DESCRIPTION:
A must-read for anyone who has ever rolled their eyes skyward and asked, “Hey God, is there like a road map to life?" Srinagar was dressed in her autumn best. Like blushing brides, the trees were clothed in bright red, their graceful limbs swaying eagerly forth in the wind and then, as if suddenly recalling their modesty, holding back just a bit. Naira's grandmother was busy in the kitchen. The smell of pickles enticed the chubby little girl and she walked in to watch the elderly woman create magic with her wrinkled hands. Every now and then, she would steal a piece of sour green mango, flick it into the air and catch it in her mouth. The taste was heaven… pure heaven. “Oh nani, I love you!” Neerja sighed.
“This is the greatest treasure you could ever give me!”
“Oh, no, my little one”, replied her grandmother, beating masalas into a bowl to marinate the cut raw mango pieces. “Raw mangoes are not the greatest treasure.”
“I give up Nani! Tell me, tell me now, what is the greatest treasure?”
Equal parts humorous and soul-stirring, the deeply personal and disturbingly honest I Inspire reveals how the human spirit is much, much bigger than anything it endures. Neerja Malik, a double cancer survivor, works with cancer patients to spread awareness. She was instrumental in setting up the Apollo Cancer Support Group at the Apollo Specialty Hospital, Chennai. She is also the trustee of the NGO ‘Sankalp’ that works at providing free education to the girls. Megha Bajaj is the acclaimed author of Thank You, Cancer!, Apurva Vichar and Yes I can Write. She also writes for Life Positive, Reader’s Digest, Robin Age, the Hindu, infinithoughts and many more. Megha is the founder of Wonder of Words (WOW), which is into online writing and healing workshops.

Description:
One of the only collections of Vachana poetry in translation—a must read for all poetry lovers. Here I come, a ferryman without a body To the great flowing river. If you pay the price– Your mind That grasps and lets go, I shall take you across” Vachana poetry in Kannada literature attained its zenith in the twelfth century. Passionate, intensely personal, and ahead of their times, these free-verse poems speak eloquently of the futility of formal learning, the vanity of wealth and the evils of social divisions. The vachanas stress on the worship of Shiva, through love, labour and devotion, as the only worthwhile life-goal for the vachanakara—the vachana poet. This collection offers a selection of vachanas composed by a wide range of vachanakaras from different walks of life writing during that period. While some of these poets are well known even today, most have been forgotten. Translated fluidly and with great skill by H.S. Shivaprakash, I Keep Vigil of Rudra is not only an important addition to Vachana literature, but also a must read for lovers of poetry everywhere.
