One of the most popular deities in Hinduism, Lord Ganesha is worshipped first among all gods and he is known as Agraganya. This is due to a boon that he got from Lord Shiva, his father. He is invoked before undertaking any task, before making any beginning. The Lord is known as the Remover of Obstacles, since he creates on our path when time is bad and removes the same when it is good for us. He is the repository of knowledge, wisdom, learning and fortune. He is also the god of good luck.

Great Little Book on Mastering Your Time gives practical and inspiring guidance on how you can become an expert at time management.

The spectacular Kalamkari painting depicts the goddess Durga in a most prolific manner. The Goddess of Power is seated on a lion, her mount. A symbol of tremendous power, Mother Goodess Durga took birth out of the collective energies and forces of the gods in order to eliminate the atrocious demon Mahishasur. Mahishasur wrought havoc on heaven and earth. The beautiful Kalamkari painting exalts the beauty of the goddess. A deep sense of feminine beauty and accomplishment is manifest. A kalamkari painting goes through a vigorous process of resist dyeing and hand printing. Lot of treatment is required before and after the painting is done on the fabric.
The beautiful marble figure of the Goddess Laxmi has been sculpted out of a single block of marble by the sculptor with some sparkling features of marble sculpture. The drapery of the figure is nicely painted and she is wearing golden jewelleries. The smiling face of the goddess has added beauty to the figure. Laxmi is considered the goddess of wealth and prosperity and is worshipped for wealth in the family.

One of the most popular gods in Hinduism, Lord Ganesha, the Lord of Wisdom, and two goddesses. Goddess Lakshmi and Saraswati are beautifully painted in the traditional Kalamkari tradition. The trio are seated in their respective vehicles and a sense of accomplishment. They are worshipped for prosperity and learning. Both the God Ganesha, son of Lord Shiva and Parvati, and Lakshmi, the wife of Lord Vishnu, one of the Trinity Gods, are worshipped together for wealth and prosperity. Goddess Saraswati is worshipped for learning and music.
The ferocious image of Mahakali, the goddess of horror, is beautifully carved out of stone. Her each hand is carrying variously a sword, a trishul (trident), a severed head and a bowl or skull-cup (kapala) catching the blood of the severed head. Her eyes are depicted as red with intoxication and in absolute rage, Her hair is shown disheveled, small fangs sometimes protrude out of Her mouth and Her tongue is lolling. She has a garland of human heads. She is shown standing on the prone, inert or dead body of Shiva. This is interpreted various ways but the most common is that Mahakali represents Shakti, the power of pure Creation in the universe, and Shiva represents pure consciousness, which is inert in and of itself.
The spectacular brass figure of the goddess Saraswati, the goddess of Learning is given a refine and detail treatment. One of the most worshipped goddesses in Hinduism, the goddess is worshipped by students and musicians alike. She is considered the goddess of learning, speech and wisdom. The goddess is depicted as a beautiful, yellow-skinned woman dressed in pure white often seated on a white lotus, which symbolizes that she is founded in the experience of the Absolute Truth. In other words, she not only has the knowledge but also the experience of the Highest Reality. She is mainly associated with the color white, which signifies the purity of true knowledge. She is normally shown to have four arms, which represent the four aspects of human personality in learning: mind, intellect, alertness, and ego. Alternatively, these four arms also represent the four Vedas, the primary sacred books for Hindus. The veena, a musical instrument that represents her perfection of all arts and sciences. Saraswati is also associated with anuraga, the love for and rhythm of music, which represents all emotions and feelings expressed in speech or music. It is believed that children born with that name will prove to be very lucky in their studies. A white swan is also located next to her feet. The sacred swan, if offered a mixture of milk and water, is said to be able to drink the milk alone. The swan thus symbolizes discrimination between the good and the bad or the eternal and the evanescent. Due to her association with the swan, Goddess Saraswati is also referred to as Hamsa-vahini, which means "she who has a swan as her vehicle". General Features :
