Kartikeya has six heads that correspond to the five senses and the mind. The six heads also stand for his virtues enables him to see in all the directions - an important attribute that ensures that he counters all kinds of blows that can hit him. He has six heads. It shows that if humans wish to lead themselves efficiently through the battle of life, they must always be alert lest they are shown the wrong path by crafty people with the six demonic vices: kaama (sex), krodha (anger), lobha (greed), moha (passion), mada (ego) and matsarya (jealousy).

Kartikeya carries on one hand a spear and his other hand is always blessing devotees. His vehicle is a peacock, a pious bird that grips with its feet a serpent, which symbolizes the ego and desires of people. The peacock represents the destroyer of harmful habits and the conqueror of sensual desires.

                    Description

The fine figure of Goddess Tara is nicely carved out of brass. One of the most popular deities in Buddhism, she is the female Buddha. According to Buddhist belief, she came into existence from a tear of Avalokiteshvara, which fell to the ground and formed a lake. Out of its waters rose up a lotus, which, on opening, revealed the goddess. Like Avalokiteshvara, Tara is a compassionate, succouring deity who helps men “cross to the other shore.” She is the protector of navigation and earthly travel, as well as of spiritual travel along the path to enlightenment. The highly ornate body of the goddess reflects a deep feminine beauty and her face is treated exceptionally fine.

                            Description

Here the five faces of Hanuman are beautifully designed. During the battle against Lord Rama, Ravana sought help from Mahiravana, the king of patala. In a bid to protect Lord Ram and Lakshman, Hanuman formed a fortress with his tail. Mahiravana came in the guise of Vibeeshana and took Lord Ram and Lakshman to pathala loka. Hanuman followed him to pathala loka. Hanuman realized that to kill Mahiravana, Hanuman had to extinguish five lamps burning in five different directions at the same time. So Hnuman took the Panchamukha form with Hanuman, Hayagriva, Narasimha, Garuda and Varaha faces and extinguished the lamps and killed Mahiravana. Here Hanuman is in a meditative posture and in his 10 hands there are different sets of weapons. According to Hanumath Prakaranam in Sri Vidyarnavatantram, Anjaneya has five faces (Pancha Mukha) and ten weapons.

The mighty Hanuman Wall Hanging is nicely desiged and is given a spectacular touch as the Lord is runing on the wheel. A paradigm of true love and devotin towards his master, Hanuman helped Lord Ramchandra during the battle against Lanka King Ravan. He is the symbol of strength and indefatigable energy. Hanuman means "one with prominent or disfigured jaw". According to another theory, his name derives from the Sanskrit terms Han ("killed" or "destroyed") and maana (pride); the name implies "one whose pride was destroyed".

Every morning, especially Monday, chant this mantra about Hanuma: Aum aeem bhreem hanumate, shree ram dootaaya namaha’ and you will be blessed with power and energy.

Once Lord Rama summarizes attributes of Hanuman's personality in the following manner. He is the ablest sentence maker, He is the know-er of all Vedas and Scriptures, He is the scholar in nine schools of grammars and one who is possessing faultless speech and facial features.

The brass idol of Lord Shiva in meditation, with a warm subtle smile on his face, is a popular representation of the lord across Hindu temples, worldwide. Lord Shiva is often vouched as the most powerful of Hindu Gods and holds the role of the destroyer in the holy trinity. Also known as Mahadeva, Bhole Nath, Natraja, Vishwanath and Pashupati, Lord Shiva has the most distinctive appearance, devoid of expensive jewellery and regal attire. On the contrary, the lord sits on tiger’s skin and wears lion cloth. A number of Rudraksh rosaries and live hooded snakes adorn his body in the name of jewelry. He keeps a trident, with a damroo tucked to it, for the sake of weapon and a musical instrument.
